IntegritUs is organisation supplying the need for sound advice, support, mentoring and coaching. This is for people who seek development in both their business and personal lives. The service offered provides sound advice and coaching from an experienced businessman and Coach.

In adult life and the pursuit of personal goals and aspirations, whether at career or lifestyle based, it is often difficult to find advice, mentoring and support from sources that are independent. Where support exists it is most often attached to an imperative to buy products or services and biased towards achieving a ‘sale’.

An independent Coach/mentor service as offered by Integritus is unbiased and available, uniquely for the person employing the service. Your success is at the heart of the success that IntegritUs enjoys.

I am the cCoach at IntegritUs Ltd. I am a Master Practitioner in NLP and a member of the Association Coaching. As such, I adhere to the high standards of continuing professional development, ethics and quality set by the Association.

IntegritUs has been formed as an organisation designed to provide personal and team development coaching and help you enjoy the success of achieving your goals in life.

So, what about me and what I can offer to you?

After gaining a Biochemistry Degree I moved into the world of industry and sales. I am an experienced salesman and sales manager having worked in a major blue chip Pharmaceutical Company for a number of years. My experiences include:

Throughout, I have specialised in acquiring development skills. Being qualified to the British Psychological Society standards for Level A and Level B Intermediate Plus I can deliver an occupational testing service with specific skills in administering The Myers--Briggs Type Indicator ® (MBTI®), Raymond Cattell's 16PF®. I am also licenced as Business Practitioner, Training Specialist and Master Practitioner of NLP.
