Living in Burton upon Trent, Dave is an experienced man manager with many years selling, motivating and leadership experience.
He has worked successfully with many professionals within the Pharmaceutical Health Sector having worked for GSK for many years. He has learned much to pass on through a practical interest in training, development coaching and mentoring. With many successful years managing sales teams his knowledge of remote motivation techniques, selling skills, man-management in interpersonal understanding is exemplary.
Dave set up IntegritUs to support other business people in being the success their hard work deserves. As well as achieving a post-graduate certificate in Teaching and Learning, he is a licensed Master Practitioner of NLP and Hypnotic Practitioner of NLP.
To help keep up-to-date with theory and academic background, Dave now lectures at a local University on MBA and CIPD courses in subjects related to business psychology, human resources and people management and development. He also plays a large part in the internal management development courses for a local university.
His key areas of expertise lie in management, leadership, development, recruitment, mentoring, coaching, planning, selling, human resources and communication. The types of business sectors he works with include, health, pharmaceutical, finance, education, service industries and small to medium enterprises.
A member of the British Chambers of Commerce, CIPD and the Association for Coaching, his life philosophy is to deliver quality with integrity to the benefit of the people he meets. Married with two daughters, in his free time he is a keen trombonist with a Nottingham Orchestra and is a member of a local Big Band whilst giving some time to the community as a long-standing Chair of Governors of an outstanding secondary school.
